We are once again calling on your generosity and love of pool to help us raise some money for a fellow league member.
As some of you may know, our longtime pool league member and friend Jon Bell is having to undergo radiation treatment for cancer. Unfortunately, the treatment is not only costly, but it has also temporarily affected his ability to enunciate clearly enough to teach. Therefore, the double-wammy of expenses as well as lost income.ÂÂÂÂ
Bull and Barrel and Shenanigans will be hosting a fundraising tournament on Sunday, September 3rd. Signups will be from 2:30 pm at Bull and Barrel. Entry will be ￦10,000 with a one-time buy back of ￦5,000. There will be a calcutta auction, plus raffle prizes. 50% of the entry fees and calcutta money, plus 100% of the raffle ticket sales, will go to Jon. Bull and Barrel will also donate 15% of sales to Jon.ÂÂÂÂ
Please come out and bring money. Donations will also be appreciated, even if you can't play.
