Guidelines for playoff scheduling conflicts:

In order to help deal with the issue of schedule conflicts during the playoffs, the Executive Committee have drawn up the following policy so that the Executive Committee can wield the proper authority to make arbitration decisions.

Sunday games:

The highest seeded team (in their respective divisions) plays at 4 pm, unless otherwise agreed upon by all four teams involved.

The teams that don't have highest seed then have a few options:

1) Arrange to play the match on a different date (must be agreed upon by both teams)

2) Arrange to play at a neutral venue. Available sites will be suggested by the Executive Committee (must be agreed upon by both teams).

3) Arrange to play at the non-home team's bar (must be agreed upon by both teams).

4) Play at the originally scheduled venue after the first match has finished.

If Option 4 is chosen, the following stipulations will be strictly enforced.

If the first match is running late, and the second match cannot start by 8 pm at the earliest, the teams must choose one of the following options:

A) Choose a neutral venue and start at 8 pm. Available sites will be suggested

by the Executive Committee.

B) Play at the non-home team's bar, starting at 8 pm.

C) Start the match at 8 pm at either a neutral venue or the non-home team's bar, and then transfer over to the originally scheduled venue once the earlier match ends.

If the two teams cannot come to an agreement, the Executive Committee will decide. If either team refuses to comply with these stipulations, that team will forfeit.

Wednesday Games:

1) Arrange to play the match on a different date (must be agreed upon by both

teams)

2) Arrange to play at a neutral venue. Available sites will be suggested by the

Executive Committee (must be agreed upon by both teams).

3) Arrange to play at the non-home team's bar (must be agreed upon by both

teams).

If the two teams cannot come to an agreement, the Executive Committee will decide. If either team refuses to comply with these stipulations, that team will forfeit.
