New Executive Committee
- The league will vote for a new executive committee at the banquet on 6 Dec 2013.
- Candidates must stand as a team (President, VP, Treasurer, and Secretary).
- If only one team stands, league members will still be asked to vote.
- If more than one team stands, we will have a brief period of hustings before the vote.
The current executive committee will not be continuing, largely because I'm leaving Korea in December, so the league will need new officers for 2014.
Please notify Alan Green (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) any time before the election — including on the evening of the banquet — if you wish to stand.

Mid-Season Captains Meeting
Thanks to the captains who attended the mid-season meeting and for the feedback and input. The minutes from the meeting are posted in the Information section of the website presently.
Unfortunately Emily Yang has had to step down as secretary. Many thanks for all the hard work she has done for the league this year, and to Jumie Ahn who has agreed to step in as secretary until the end of the season.
The other major decision at the meeting affects the time-out rule. As from this Wednesday (October 2), time-outs may be called by the player shooting or any member of their team. However, if a time-out is called it must be used. The player cannot refuse the time-out and then call time-out later in the game.
For those captains not at the meeting please ensure that your team members are aware of these rule changes.

Mid Season Singles Tournament
Despite a tournament on base taking place the same day, we had 39 players competing in the Mid Season Singles Tournament, which was conducted the first time as a double elimination tournament. Lenny, Jeff, Jim, Ronan & Bernard helped running the tournament.
How to view the results:
Select Season -> Tournaments in the menu, then select the tournament you want to see. Click the button [View Ratings] to see how ratings changed for each game. As this is a double elimination tournament, there are 62 or 63 games. Click the button [Chart] to see the tournament graph, and to follow the players how they made it through the tournament. Move with the mouse over any player's name to highlight that player's games.
Results summary:
Upper bracket:
1st: ChangBae "Hades" Seo (Bull and Barrel Frozen Finger)
2nd: Colin Hughes (Scrooge Pub Wonky Triangles)
3rd: JaeEun "Kelly" Yoo (Scrooge Pub Phoenix)
