Captains' meeting
A captains' meeting will be held on Sunday, 25 March 2012, 5pm at Bless U. (This is the day after the mid-season singles tournament.)
If you have any issues or prospective rule changes you wish to discuss at the meeting, these can be added to the agenda by contacting one of the league executives by midnight on Saturday, 24 March 2012. In the interest of keeping the meeting as brief and orderly as possible, issues or potential rules changes raised after this (or at the meeting) may not be discussed.
Teams that send a representative to the meeting will earn two bonus points counting towards final standings in the season. As rules could be changed at this meeting, your participation is paramount. Sending a representative to the meeting means your team has a voice and a vote.

Score Sheets
Dear Athletes,
The winter/spring 2012 season is now well under way and all teams have paid their dues in full. I am happy to report that no teams have (as yet) dropped out, but you may notice the odd missing score in the league tables. For the time being, these are merely rescheduled games. Scores will be added in due course.
Now a couple of things about score sheets:
1. Please drop your score sheets off at Bless U on Wednesday night. It is great (but not wholly necessary) if you can input the scores before you drop them off—you can even do this on your smartphone or tablet PC—but please do leave the sheets at Bless U. You can also drop off any score sheets from previous weeks.
2. Please remember to add the details of new players or migrated players to the box at the top of your score sheets. If you are entering the score yourself on the night, ask the opposition if they have any new or migrated players. You cannot migrate a player into someone else’s team, but every captain has a login and password and can migrate players into their own team. The process is actually very simple, but if you are unsure what to do, just fill in the box, turn your score sheet in, and I will do it for you.
That's all for now. Best of luck in your matches and watch this space for details of the upcoming mid-season singles tournament!
