Bernard Condrau was a member of the league since 2008, and was a dedicated player and captain in the league. He also served as the President of the league for 2 years, but most importantly, he introduced the current pool league website to the league in 2010, and maintains it ever since. He left Korea October 2016 to retire in Thailand with his wife Thinna.

Bernard was born 1960 in Zürich in Switzerland. He attended the Swiss Institute of Technology in Zürich and graduated as a M.Eng., with major in Mechatronics. Professionally, he got himself into engineering and general management after a few years, but his love for computers and programming allowed him to stay in touch with his creative side. He created his own personal website in the late 90's, which guided him to become a hobby website programmer later. Professionally, he started traveling regularly when working as an engineering manager for an elevator company in Switzerland. In 2001 he moved to Hong Kong, where he met his wife Thinna, and then 2003 on to Korea, where he continued to work in the elevator field, until he changed jobs to work for a tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry.

Pocket Pool Billiards and the Itaewon Pool League have always played a significant part in Bernard's life. After his retirement to Thailand in October 2016 he has joined the local pool league, but continues to look after the Itaewon Pool League website as a webmaster.
