1. format of the doubles games to be decided before the lineup of the doubles set rather than before the match

2. co-captains can be announced at the beginning of the match, after which both, co-captain and captain, can act as a captain, e.g. announce time-outs

3. teams who consecutively forfeited 3 times will be dropped from the league

4. players who played in a playoff match and who are not eligible to play in the playoffs cause their team to be disqualified, if detected after the match. All the games of that match will be invalidated and a forfeit match win will be given to the non-offending team.
Note
: qualifying players for each team are listed on the website Statistics / Qualifiers.

4. Tournaments

The league will add a blind-draw doubles tournament as 3rd tournament in this season. Players who wish to participate will need to sign up for the tournament, after which the double pairs will be drawn randomly.

Several options were discussed, such as staying with 2 singles tournaments only, adding a mixed doubles tournament, and combinations of these. The 3 tournaments with adding a blind-draw doubles was preferred by majority vote.

Based on the experience we will make with this format we will decide whether and how to continue the tournament formats in the following season.

Some sort of trophies or plaques in addition to the money as recognition to the winning players were proposed by several captains attending the meeting.

5. Further info to the captains

1. Doug will wait in Seoul Pub on Wednesday January 12 and 19 until midnight for the remaining payments. Teams not having paid in full by January 19 will be given 3 penalty points and will forfeit all matches until the dues have been paid in full. The down payment is not reimbursable.

2. Captains now can see full player names throughout the website in all views.

3. Captains should remove inactive players from their team roster. Go to Edit Team, then select the player and click [Remove].
