Schedule: 6pm - 9pm. Door opens 5.30pm. Food buffet opens at 6.15pm.

We will review the past season; hand out awards to the teams, the playoff winners, mid season tournament winners and our most successful players in the season; elect the league officials for 2011; and enjoy the year end party in company of hopefully many of our members.

Guests are welcome to the banquet. Please understand that we need to charge 20,000 Won entrance fee for non-members of the Itaewon Pool League. For members (anyone who played at least one game during the last season) entrance is free, as it is covered through the league dues paid by each team.

For those who cannot join us, I wish you all Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

The organizational meeting for the new season will be held January 5, 2011, 7.30pm at Dolce Vita.

Teams who wish to participate in the Winter/Spring 2011 Season must have a representative at this meeting to register the team. Required is the bar name you are playing from, team name, the team captain's contact details including phone number and email address, and 100,000 Won deposit on league dues. Further information for the new season will be given at the meeting.

The league will start match play January 12.

Locations: JR Pub, Cheers, Seoul Pub, Bless-U

Mode: Singles tournament in 2 brackets based on player rating on the day of the tournament. All registered players will be separated into a lower and a higher ratings bracket, with equal number of players per bracket.

Registration:

Time: December 11, 3pm - 3.45pm, JR Pub (game play starts 4pm)

Fee: 10,000 Won per player

Requirements: participating players need to have played on 5 different match days in the current season. Check whether you fulfill this requirement by clicking menu Statistics, then Qualifiers, then select option End of Season Qualifiers and scroll down to find your team.

Awards:

The following price money will be awarded to the winners in each bracket on the day of play:

1^st: 300k (300,000 Won), 2^nd: 150k, 3^rd: 75k, 4^th: 50k, 5^th-8^th: 25k
