Correct, the average game win points of all played matches determine the average points you are getting for the bye. Points from forfeit matches do not count.
When you click the bye match, check out Information 1 at the bottom of the page. This week it shows "Bulldog Rackem and Crackem average game win score from all matches played in this season is 9.24" for your team, but note that the average will change next week after your next match has been entered.
