Proposal for blind doubles was created by Mark Barnes

it seems without fail that during the blind draw doubles, there is inevitably two High ranked players thatget paired together and wipe the field.
I propose we balance the doubles, by dividing the registered players along rankings into a higher field and lower field. Then draw one from the High group andone from the low group for each twoperson team.
