Bar sponsored IPL rated Tournaments was created by Mark Barnes
I would like to propose, allowing Bars to sponsor their own IPL ratedtournaments and integrate them intothe league rating system. Like we do with the IPL sponsored ones.
provided that the bars take these responsibilities:
-Bars would be responsible for award/trophy/prize strategy.-Bars would need to provide a POC to run the tournament with approval from the league committee, tocollect prize money, log players etc...-Guarantee the tables availabilityuntil the end of the tourney.-Provide a copy of the tournament sheet after the tourney.

I would strongly second this. The league needs this sort of activity~ My bar can sponsor a mini-tournament~ (Jerry's Bar, bit East Seoul~)
