-When a Team in the playoffs uses an ineligble player and Loses anyway, I propose that the losses alone (not the wins) incurred by the eligible players from that team stand and are recorded, however if the Offending team wins their whole match is forfeited.

I have to totally agree with Mark. It should go to the benefit of the team that made sure all their players were eligible.
