Would it be at all possible to mandate when the tables get re felted to have the people level the tables at the same time? Some tables have a magic pocket that all the balls seem to go to no matter how off people are on the shot.

I doubt it. bars do that out of their own pocket. that would be shooting ourselves in the foot the only way to enforce it is to ban the team, that doesn't work out very well for the league. since they want to have as many competitive teams as possible to generate cash flow for events to better the league. so basically it's just a wish, and as a wise man once said, wish in one hand and sh*t in the other and see which fills up faster.
