Uploading avatars was only possible after you have posted at least one post in the forum. I have changed this, so now it is possible to upload an avatar even before having posted the first time.
1. Navigate to the forum, then click the My Profile link.
2. Click Upload Avatar: Browse... and select a picture you want to use as avatar, then click Upload.3. The picture size must be smaller than 100KB. Files with extension .jpg, .gif, .bmp and .png are accepted.
